Retail Operations is a busy and rewarding part of our business, this is an exciting opportunity to work in our fast-paced Central Operations department.

You will work alongside our Retail Communications, Trading, Modular Planning and Category Planning teams, in order to co-ordinate the execution of key pieces of commercial activity landing in our retail stores.

This role reports directly into a Retail Operations Manager Business Partner and time spent in this role will be split between Asda House, Retail Stores and working from home.

**Your Role**:

- Co-ordinating store communications aligned to a Food Business Partner area
- Writing and / or proof-reading store communication to ensure they are simple for our retail teams to action and fit within our store operating model
- Ensuring communications are published to stores meeting critical path timelines
- Supporting the delivery of the Commercial Strategy and understanding through to stores
- Coaching our commercial teams on the requirements and operation of our stores to help ensure alignment in the delivery of best practice
- Work with our store and central colleagues to gather timely feedback on activity landing in stores and feed into autopsies
- Ensuring Documents and Training Materials are accurate and up to date

**About you**:

- We require someone who is able to be flexible and agile to support a fast-paced retail environment
- Skilled in written and verbal communication is essential
- Organised and able to manage their own time effectively
- Ability to be creative with writing, systems and ideas
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Good level of experience through working in retail / stores is preferred
