Things this will involve are as follows:

- Inbound sales/customer service calls
- Outbound calls
- General enquiries
- Face to face customer service
- Ability to work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good numeracy & literacy skills are a MUST
- Good telephone manor
- Able to use own initiative
- Pro-active work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced and noisy office environment is a MUST
- Ability to time manage is a MUST
- Previous customer service experience is desired
