Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have prior administrative experience. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued. With this position you will be going out to meet and greet new clients and assessing, writing care plans.

working hours Monday -Friday 9am to 5.30pm .

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Maintain schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and collaboration
  • Support team members with organisational needs such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
  • Assist with correspondence, email management, and other clerical duties as required
  • Ensure the office environment remains organised, tidy, and welcoming for visitors and staff
  • Meeting new clients and assessing needs , writing personalised care plans and managing risks assessments.

Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
