MAT Office Administrator
**Salary**: Band F - NJC Scale 7-11
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Executive Leadership Team with date setting and calendar management to ensure the smooth operation of school and MAT events.
- Manage and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. This to include six evenings a year for minute taking,3 of which are on Teams.
- Maintain and update compliance databases (including GDPR software), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the facilities department in logístical and operational tasks
- Support with contract and subscription management, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team as required.
- Assist the COO with any recruitment into the MAT Central Team.
- Help the COO to manage the MAT’s communications on social media and trust website.
- Promote the MAT’s vision and values.
- Contribute to the MATs statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

**Person Specification**:
**Qualification, training and experience**:
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at grades 9-4 (A-C).
- Relevant administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Experience in supporting senior management.
- Some knowledge of GDPR and data management practices would be helpful but not essential.
- Proficient in using IT systems and software, including the whole Microsoft Office suite.
**Personal Qualities**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders. Be aware of and comply with school policies and procedures (e.g. child protection, equal opportunities, health and safety, data protection, confidentiality, contract standing orders).

Pay: £19,015.00-£20,268.00 per year
Expected hours: 27.5 per week
