Personal Assistant to Director

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive assistant to support a wide range of tasks across the business. You will play a critical role in helping the director with administrative, customer service and marketing tasks, among others.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**
- Calendar Management: Manage important deadlines, and ensure the director’s schedule runs smoothly.
- Document Organisation: Maintain organised digital files, contracts, and other important documents for easy access.
**Order Fulfilment & Customer Service**
- Process Orders: Pack and ship customer orders, keep customers updated on their order status, and manage returns or exchanges. Ensure timely order processing and shipping.
- Inventory Management: Work with the Operations Manager to monitor inventory levels, restock items when needed, and update the inventory system regularly.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism, resolving issues and handling complaints effectively. Go for the extra miles for our clients.
**Social Media & Marketing Assistance**
- Content Creation Assistance: Support in creating and scheduling social media posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.Assist in creating engaging social media content and managing marketing initiatives effectively to increase brand awareness. Occasional travel may be required.
- Influencer & Partnership Coordination: Help reach out to influencers, manage partnerships, and track progress on collaborations.
- Assist with Events: Help coordinate logistics, manage guest lists, send out invitations, and manage on-site activities during events. Support successful event planning and execution.
**Personal Assistant Tasks**
- Running Errands: Handle personal tasks such as booking flights, hotels, and making travel arrangements for business trips or meetings. Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the founder to ensure smooth travel and daily organisation.
**Financial Admin**
- Expense Tracking: Maintain accurate records of expenses and ensure they are logged and tracked efficiently.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role (1 year preferred).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, social media platforms and other relevant software.
- A passion for slow, sustainable fashion and creativity is a plus.
- Must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
**Education**:
- A fashion related qualification or equivalent experience (preferred).

Pay: £22,400.00-£26,000.00 per year
