**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity for an established Personal Assistant to provide first class support to our Directors.
The role is to anticipate their needs, progress and deliver assistance when needed or requested, efficiently and effectively. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, proactively facilitating, communicating, and connecting people, projects & tasks with internal & external customers.
You will be a professional and confident whilst positively always representing New Look and being a role model to wider business support teams.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Extensive diary management, including managing supporting materials and room/tech setup. Awareness of current business agenda to reprioritise quickly when necessary.
- Focused on Director/s requirements and able to manage conflicts by agreeing priorities upfront and positively managing team relationships.
- Liaising with internal & external customers, adapting your style to meet the needs of individuals to ensure swift and effective outcomes.
- Willing, proactive, adaptable approach to taking on a variety of special tasks and projects, following them through and delivering them to deadline.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, and employee relations.
- Responsible for business area administration on behalf of Director/s including but not limited to, preparing agendas, collation & distribution of documentation, taking minutes and managing actions.
- Overseeing all expenses and invoice management for the business area and working closely with support functions and the teams to ensure timely, accurate and compliant completion.
- Providing some support and guidance to wider teams where required.
- Play an active role in social events for the business area and away days to support a positive culture & team morale.
- Organise travel arrangements and accommodation as requested.
- Work collaboratively with the other Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistants and providing cover for team annual leave as and when required.
- Providing (mínimal level/ rare occasions) personal administrative actions to enable Director to focus on business priorities.

- Capable of building strong internal and external networks and client relationships
Knowledge and Experience
- Previous Personal Assistant at Board level experience
- Experience within the fashion retail sector (desirable)
- Excellent range of IT Skills (Esp. MS Office products)
- Diary management essential (Outlook) and outstanding organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
