**About Us**:
**Working Hours**:

- **Monday**: 09:00 - 17:00
- **Tuesday to Friday**: 13:00 - 17:00
- **Additional Hours**: Holiday and sickness cover will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer them as necessary, and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism.
- Draft, format, and print relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain office stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage website functions and update social media profiles (nice to have).
- Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate data daily.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior office experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong record-keeping skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Demonstrated experience in using QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Proven ability in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting

- Clerical experience with attention to detail and organizational skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
