You will be responsible for the following duties:

- Assisting colleagues in day-to-day business
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to general customer enquiries
- Logging customer requests
- Managing the CRM System
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing Suppliers
- General Accounting
- Procurement & Supplier liaison
- Supporting IT enquiries and marketing

No experience is required as full training will be given, however it is important that the Business Administrator meets the following criteria:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills in all aspects of the business
- Confident with speaking on the telephone & face to face
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills including the use of MS Office
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to use initiative and to be proactive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use social media sites to support with Marketing

To be considered for the role, you will require GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade 4/C.

An interest in the IT industry will be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
