**Purpose of the role**

They’ll need to manage their own time and be able to manage and prioritise various developments at once. Experience working within any area of lettings is advantageous, as a good understanding of the letting industry will really help when talking to investors. As the role progresses, a large part of the role requires selling, and this needs to be followed through with consistent communication with our clients from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating key handovers on completed apartments
- Completing snagging reports
- Liaise with the Property Management & Lettings team to ensure a full handover upon completion of a development is carried out
- Coordinating with developers to obtain monthly construction updates, and subsequently sending these out to clients
- Setting customers up on our internal CRM system
- Signing up our clients for lettings & management, snagging, furniture & blinds installations

**Key skills required**
- Highly organised, Ability to work independently and prioritise your own workload,
- Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent approach to customer service and client care
- Driving licence and own vehicle
- Professional and confident individual
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
