An exciting new opportunity has become available to work for our growing and dynamic company. We are looking for a Lettings Negotiation Administrator to join our team.

Your duties will be diverse and interesting and include but not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tenant management and administration**:

- Respond to tenant inquiries,
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospects.
- Compile background checks, including references and credit assessments.
- Draft and prepare tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
- Negotiate rental terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Balance the interests of landlords and tenants during the negotiation process.
- Draft and prepare tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues throughout the leasing process
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property listings, viewings, and transactions.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with the leasing process.
- Assist with the general administration in the office

**Landlord Engagement**:

- Interact with landlords to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- To help to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

**Property Valuation**:

- Conduct property assessments to help determine market rental values.
- Assist on pricing strategies to optimize property leasing.

**Marketing and Administration**:

- Create attractive property listings with detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Utilise various channels for property advertising, including online platforms and social media.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork and legal requirements steps followed.
- Offer insights and recommendations to landlords based on market conditions and trends.

**Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided**

- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
