**Lettings Negotiator - Join Our Growing Team**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Lettings Negotiator** to join our dynamic team. While previous experience in lettings or property is desirable, it’s your **personality, presentation, and hunger to succeed** that really count in this exciting role. Providing **outstanding customer service** is absolutely essential.

This is a role where you’ll be **learning from day one**, and we’re committed to training you to become one of the best in the industry

You’ll be working **37.5 hours per week**, with **Saturdays on a rota basis**.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a fantastic customer experience to both landlords and tenants
- Registering new applicants and matching them with suitable rental properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Preparing detailed property listings and letting particulars
- Providing timely feedback to landlords following viewings
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and applicants
- **Arranging new tenancies**, including reference checks and contract preparation
- Coordinating **move-ins, move-outs, and end of tenancy procedures**:

- Organising and attending **property inspections** and reporting outcomes
- Ensuring all **tenancy agreements and legal documents** are accurately prepared and completed
- Supporting the smooth running of the office and delivering consistently high service standards

**What does a typical day look like?**

Your day begins with a morning team meeting where you'll set goals and priorities. From there, you'll be hands-on with viewings, negotiating tenancies, handling paperwork, and ensuring the rental process runs smoothly from start to finish. But don’t worry — we’re with you **every step of the way**, coaching, supporting, and developing your skills.

Each day is different — fast-paced, people-focused, and full of variety.

You’ll report to the **Lettings Manager**, and be part of a supportive and experienced team always ready to lend a hand.

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
