Our agency utilises industry-leading maintenance and CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer service. This pivotal role focuses on generating new business from landlords, marketing, and generating revenue while providing exceptional service to both our existing landlords and tenants. **Key Responsibilities**: As a Part Time Lettings Assistant, your role will involve:
Accompanying viewings for potential tenants and carrying out lettings inspections.
Providing a first-class service to landlords and tenants, promoting success through recommendations, and sourcing investment opportunities for landlords.
Effectively selling company advantages to maximise opportunities for gaining completed client instructions.
Nurturing and developing new business opportunities and contacts within the local community.
Marketing to help generate new business.
Undertaking any additional work if required, including a cross-over within the Lettings team and supporting the director.
Keeping up-to-date with current legislation.
Arranging and overseeing property maintenance appointments.
Managing refurbishment works.
Assist with routine property inspections and liaising with contractors for repairs.
**Please note**: This role is varied, and you won't be doing the same tasks week in, week out. You'll have the opportunity to engage in different aspects of the lettings process, keeping your work both interesting and challenging.
**Benefits**: The successful Part Time Lettings Assistant will be offered:
- Hourly wage: £13 to £15 per hour, depending on experience.
- 20-25 hours per week.

At least 2 years of lettings experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A proven track record in lettings.
The ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong listing and negotiating skills.

Problem-solving abilities.
Conducting interim property inspections and producing reports.
Friendly, honest, and loyal.
Computer literate.
Exceptional diary management skills.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Experience in managing maintenance.
Experience with using a CRM lettings database.
Full clean UK driving license.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
Additional pay:
