We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our busy Training department. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Training Team across a varied range of functions including customer relationship management monitoring and maintaining effective record and liaison with clients. You will be joining an established team in a busy department which supports our consultants across a wide range of project types. Full training will be given on all systems.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensuring the training inbox is the priority each morning and immediately actioning urgent requests.

**Inputting Data & Customer Records**:

- Recording all training course enquiries in our Customer Management System.
- Scheduling follow-ups and completing actions for training opportunities, for sale conversion.

**Support for Training Coordinator**:

- Providing administrative support for our busy Training Coordinator.
- Booking trainer accommodation.
- Securing bookings with external venues.
- Setting up joining links for online training.
- Ensuring trainers have all relevant information before attending an external venue.
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers.

**Production of Training Material**:

- Production and collation of course materials.
- Ensuring all materials are produced to a high standard and delivered to external venues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring resources are available on our online learning platform.
- Liaising and arranging couriers for course materials.
- Ensuring materials are at the venue and chase suppliers if this is not the case.

**Hosting Courses Onsite**:

- Hosting arrival of course delegates for onsite courses.
- Arranging signage and ensuring it is correct and visible.
- Chasing non-arrivals by liaising with team members in the office.
- Preparing training rooms with resources, ensuring they are professionally presented.

**Post-Course Administration**:

- Ensuring all course records are received, processed, logged, and filed securely and appropriately after each course.
- Communicating with learners regarding results, ensuring certifications are complete.

**Learning Management Systems**:

- Championing the better use of databases.
- Upskilling as upgrades & changes become available and sharing with the team.

**General Liaison**:

- Liaising with delegates, employers, suppliers, and venues.
- Assisting other members of the team and Training Manager, when necessary. For example, exam preparation and invigilation.

**Other duties**:

- Ad-hoc administration duties as required. This will include maintaining databases, compiling, and reporting course feedback; dealing with enquiries from customers and trainers; standing in and supporting team members when necessary.
- Ensuring general areas are tidy.
- Attendance at events to represent us and our values, gathering opportunities for our training courses and other services that we offer.

**Qualifications**:
GCSE’s A-C in Maths & English.
