**£22,000 - £25,000 per year**
Global CTS Recruitment are assisting a long standing recruitment partner who are adding an additional person the the customer service team. You will be providing administrative and customer support on a daily basis. Supporting other departments by providinginformation and evidence from the customer regarding the aftersales issue they have raised.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all aftersales requests are responded to efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional service to customers at all times
- Effective data recording allowing the Aftersales team to assess issues and resolve them
- Provide customers with updates on the status of any issues
- Managing the Inbox, respond or assign them to the relevant team member
- Manage the Aftersales spreadsheet to ensure the data is accurate and up to date
- Raising non-conformance reports with necessary quality reps when necessary
- Requesting any additional information required by the Aftersales team
- Collating reports for management to show the number of aftersales requests made and completed on a monthly basis
- Updating Installations spreadsheet with any new installs that are required when needed
**Essential Criteria**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and able to demonstrate a methodical approach to tasks
- Experience operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with a variety of stakeholders
- Organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
