**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping and invoicing
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required
- Handle incoming calls professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,880.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
