StowAg and Wildcare are looking for an experienced and data-led individual to support multiple departments to enhance our business opportunities. Experience in CRM/ERP systems is crucial, as well as producing reports and analysing data. A strong administrator skillset will be required for this role, to be able to manage their own workload and work across varying tasks, including; accreditation/membership management, H&S compliance, and HR queries.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Play a key role in enabling us to develop a data-led approach to our activities, ensuring data insight is central to the betterment of our performance as a business, as well as enhancing business opportunities.
- Work closely with all departments (when required) to assist with data queries and maximise the potential of our ERP/CRM system and support the delivery of our business objectives by actioning the above key duties.
- Understand GDPR legislation to ensure customer data is recorded and stored accordingly within the ERP/CRM system.
- Liaise with our external H&S consultancy to ensure H&S compliance across the two branches, Thame and Longborough. Arrange annual site visits and action any requirements as advised by the H&S consultant.
- Periodically check, update and renew our memberships and accreditations, such as; UFAS, VMD, and ISO 9001 & 14001. Management of existing documentation for these accreditations is key.
- Manage and update the Employee/Holiday portal, PeopleHR; add new employees, edit leaving employees, book holidays for the wider team as/when requested, and log sick/absences.
- General ad-hoc administration tasks for other departments, as/when required.
**Essential Skills/Experience**
- Proven experience of working with a CRM/ERP system (Intact or similar), producing reports and analysing and evaluating datasets
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and administration skills
- Ability to be team-player, and work independently
- GDPR knowledge/experience
- Strong IT skills across Microsoft office suite
- Polite and professional manner

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (30-minute lunch)
Salary range: £22k - £28k (dependent on experience)
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum including UK public and bank holidays
