Main Duties:

- Assist in the creation and implementation of customer service and administrative procedures and best practices.

Collaborative Efforts:

- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, and company policies.
- Actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify and implement improvements in customer service and administrative processes.
- Accurately document client interactions and maintain well-organized records for a seamless experience for clients and colleagues alike.
