**OD’s Designer Clothing** are recruiting for an exciting role within our online business. The role will be positioned within our office studio and will assist the growth and development of our experienced ecommerce team. As a Junior E-Commerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of OD's three different websites. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to various tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our online platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, creating new products with engaging descriptions, assisting with photography and editing projects, and assisting with SEO strategy implementation. You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, forward plan, prioritise and manage your own workload in an ever changing, fast paced environment in this exciting e-commerce operations role.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Product Creation
- Create new products that have been confirmed for the upcoming season.
- Craft accurate product descriptions to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.

2. Photography and Editing
- Assist with image editing and photography to maintain the flow of online operations.
- Image creation for use with social media and website platforms.

3. SEO Strategy
- Work closely with buyers and management to implement SEO strategy.
- Forward plan to increase the organic visibility of OD's websites.

4. Website Maintenance
- Regularly review and update website content.
- Assist with the maintenance of navigation, landing pages and banners.
- Maintain product database and inventory.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience with e-commerce websites, preferably using Shopify, in fashion or retail will be in your favour
- Strong attention to detail
- Is organised and a forward planner
- Is IT & Tech savvy
- Some knowledge of SEO principles
- Some experience in image editing software
- Is creative and can bring new ideas
- Can adapt role to suit the needs of the business
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Can work as an individual and part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
