As our online presence has continued to grow and develop, we are looking for a Part Time E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Assistant to join our existing team at our headquarters in Indian Queens, Cornwall TR9 6TL.

Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, this exciting opportunity will require you to fulfil the following tasks:
E-commerce Operations:

- Manage product listings: uploading product descriptions, images, and ensuring accurate information.
- Maintain product catalogues and update inventory levels.
- Process customer orders and handle basic inquiries related to online purchases.
- Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting (may involve working with IT).
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing Support:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms (written and visual).
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Monitor and analyse social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on current digital marketing trends and tools.

Other duties may include:

- Assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) efforts for the e-commerce website.
- Research and recommend new marketing strategies and tools.

What we need from you:

- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

This role is a great fit for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce. You'll gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and learn the details of online sales and marketing.

This is a Part Time role, two days per week or four half days per week for example.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
