It is at an exciting stage of growth and expansion, and we are looking for a Marketing and Customer Engagement Assistant to help drive awareness, build relationships, and support our mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company and make a real impact in global healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing & Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow our **social media presence** (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging content.
- Support the implementation of **digital marketing campaigns** to promote our products and mission.
- Monitor **performance analytics**, making improvements to increase engagement and reach.

**Content Creation & Promotional Materials**
- Create **compelling content** (videos, images, blog posts, newsletters) to support marketing and education efforts.

**Customer Relationship & Sales Support (B2B & B2C)**
- Engage with **individual customers, NGOs, and distributors**, maintaining strong relationships.
- Handle **customer enquiries** across multiple channels, ensuring excellent service.
- Assist with **order processing and fulfilment**, supporting the **growth of our e-commerce platform**

**Event Planning & Marketing**
- Assist in organizing and promoting **exhibitions, conferences, and training events**.
- Develop **event marketing materials** and coordinate logistics.

**Retail & Stock Support**
- Assist with **online sales, inventory management, and logistics**.
- Help improve the **customer purchasing experience** on our e-commerce platform.
