We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Duties
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient office operations and communication.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required.
Qualifications
- Previous office experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Good clerical experience, demonstrating an understanding of office procedures.
