If your answer was "Yes", then we might have the PERFECT opportunity for you We are supporting an amazing client in the manufacturing industry in their search for a Junior HR Advisor. They are on their transformation journey and are looking for someone to join the team and assist with the delivery of an outstanding HR service. Whyis this an ideal opportunity? You will be working with a supportive team that will train and develop you to become YOUR BEST SELF. You will have exposure to all aspects of HR such as HR Administration, end-to-end recruitment, L&D and ER. You will advise managers on best practice, communicatewith local partners to promote the employer brand and assist bringing the HR strategy to life. There is so much diversity in this role that you can never get bored There will be plenty of benefits to enjoy too. **Responsibilities**: - First point of contact for HR queries and advice to colleagues and managers. - Responsible for the full employee lifecycle and the conduction of exit interviews. - Support HR administration as well as ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed and the compliance standards met. - Assist the HR Advisor with investigations, disciplinaries, performance management and employee wellbeing projects. - Work closely with the Marketing Team to promote the brand on social media as well as assist with the management of employee life events. - Assist the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that job descriptions and person specifications are up to date. - Assist with the creation and execution of innovative HR strategies to promote business development, employee engagement, wellness at work, attraction and retention of talent. - Evaluation of PDR and training planning. **Person specification**: - Level 3 CIPD Qualification. - Previous HR experience. - A "can do" attitude. - Great work ethic and attention to detail. - A highly professional approach, the ability to work well in a team and on own initiative. - Ability to challenge the norm when required.
