We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Advisor to join a successful, growing business as part of a friendly HR team.

You will provide guidance to managers on various people-related issues and actively contribute to HR projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing Employee Relations cases and there is great scope to get involved in process improvement and to implement new initiatives.

**What we offer**:

- Starting salary: £32,000
- Annual holiday allowance increase, up to 26 days + Bank Holidays
- Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2.30pm
- Location of work: St Asaph Business Park

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Advising on all HR related matters
- Partnering Line Managers, deliver clear and effective advice
- Manage ER cases from start to finish, supporting Line Managers in conducting investigations and preparing letters etc
- Assist with the development and delivery of Line Manager training on HR matters and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to review and update policies in line with legislation and best practice
- Manage TUPE processes, including leading consultations.

We are looking for someone who will enjoy the opportunity to deliver a high-quality HR service and to help review and update policies and procedures.
- Have previous experience in a HR Advisor role with strong Employee Relations experience.
- Ideally be CIPD qualified.
- Be willing to travel occasionally across the UK.
- Be passionate about delivering an outstanding service, keeping up to date with changing legislation and reviewing policies and processes to reflect best practice standards.
