We are delighted to be supporting our valued client to recruit an HR Advisor initially on a 3-6 month basis with the high possibility of it becoming permanent. You will be joining a well known and highly respected brand as they continue to thrive and grow.
**What will my key responsibilities be?**:
- First point of contact for all day to day HR operational queries from managers and employees
- Support with any employee relations issues including absence management, grievances and disciplinaries
- Provide training to Managers in order to provide them with the skills and knowledge they need to answer and resolve non-complex HR queries
- Oversee the end to end recruitment process ensuring contracts are issued by the administration team correctly with all agreed terms
- There will be opportunities to get involved with HR projects as they arise
**What key skills do I need?**:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable
- Experience of working within a HR Advisor or HR Coordinator position
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive and enjoy working within a fast moving environment
- Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
