This isn't your typical admin role. It's an opportunity to become the MD's right hand - helping her take control of a busy schedule and keep the wheels turning smoothly.

This job opportunity is open from 16+ years

**Your role**:
You'll work extremely closely with our MD, learning how she operates and supporting her across all areas of the business. From booking meetings and typing up notes, to managing priorities and chasing tasks - your job is to stay one step ahead.

We need someone who can keep pace, adapt quickly, and become truly essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Day to day support for the Managing Director
- Taking and typing up notes
- Reminding and chasing tasks
- Helping the office stay organised and on track
- General admin duties and project-based support
- Being reliable and a proactive presence every day
- Assisting with wider tasks across the business when needed - supporting the growing team and helping the company succeed

**About you**:

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office is essential)
- Super organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Sharp minded with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, with a 'see it, sort it' mindset
- Open minded and willing to learn fast
- Professional but down to earth
- Ready to go the extra mile - because sometimes, the day's not over until the job's done

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
