**Job Role**:
Providing administrative and clerical support as needed in order to ensure efficient running of the store. Inc. ringing suppliers, chasing orders, placing orders, copying of master folder documents etc.

Handling phone calls from customers, potential customers, suppliers and staff in a busy office, ensuring all information is recorded accurately and calls directed to the correct person efficiently.

Maintaining and organising, as required, office & online filing systems; to ensure that all filing systems are maintained and efficient filing of documents is carried out. This includes assisting the stock manager in invoice filing and keeping the filing organised.

Management of office supplies; responsibility for the monitoring, replenishment and supply of all office supplies such as stationary, paper, printer ink, online postal supplies etc.

General Office House Keeping; all office staff must ensure the efficient running of the office by carrying out on-going housekeeping by keeping the space clean and tidy, putting everything in its place and maintain a safe working environment.

Packaging orders; reviewing orders and lifting products, checking products, quality checking products, selecting suitable packaging, wrapping to a high standard and accurately labelling orders for shipping.

Processing returns & exchanges; timely processing of returns for refund and organising the re-shipping of exchanges.

Ability to work cooperatively under supervision or as part of a team.

Ability to take instruction and complete tasks as directed.

Ability to prioritise work load and use time management skills to ensure takes are completed in an appropriate time frame.

Work attitude; in general, attitude to work, management, peers as well as willingness to take on additionally responsibilities.

**Salary**: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
