We provide safe and responsible packaging, supply, and inventory to some of the biggest brands in the UK and Ireland.
**Boran Mopack Ltd are excited to be recruiting for the position of Customer Sales Administrator.**
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for all areas of sales administration, liaising between customers and internal functions to ensure customer’s needs are met and requirements fulfilled. Provide support to head of sales and sales representatives whilst providing administrative services for the sales department to ensure sales targets and objectives are met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative assistance to head of sales and sales representatives, producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing and general administration for the sales department.
- Preparing quotations for pricing, ensuring all relevant information is provided accurately and timely for the costing manager. Upon receipt of price, raise quotation and send to customer and follow up for subsequent feedback.
- Liaise closely with each customer to provide accurate and up to date information on delivery schledules.
- Upon receipt of customer orders, prepare product specification documentation and enter onto MIS/ERP system Good knowledge of company products and production processes must be maintained to ensure this is completed accurately
- Upon acceptance of customer orders and agreement on price, raise and send order acknowledgements to customers.
- Act as central point of contact for key customer accounts, providing professional customer service and ensure all customer queries are followed up appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Create, maintain and update customer order schedules, progress/status reports, stock levels and price lists and circulate to customers and sales personnel as appropriate.
- Support sales representatives by attending onsite and offsite meetings with customers when required to offer value added services/solutions and to understand our customer packaging requirements.
- Any other duties asked by management.
**Skills and Qualifications**
Essential Skills
- Strong administration and organisational skills, including attention to detail.
- Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written & verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Experience working in a sales administrative environment (2+ years preferred).
- Liaise regularly with internal departments including production, repro, product development and logistics to ensure cross-departmental communications are accurate and timely.
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in the full MS office suite.
- Experience using an MIS/ERP system.

Work time: Monday - Friday (working hours to be discussed).
- Understand completely all company policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
- Coordinate, implement and enforce standard operating procedures / work instructions for sales operations.
- Ensure familiarity with Boran Mopack’s Health, Safety & Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.
