Due to continued growth and expansion, Frylite Limited are seeking to recruit a **Customer Service** / **Telesales Administrator** to join their growing team, based in Strabane, **on a part time basis.**

**Hours of Work**:
There will be a degree of flexibility to hours of work. 16 hours per week minimum
- 24 hours maximum. 2-3 day working week options.

9.00am start time
- 5.30pm finish time.

**Overview of the Telesales Administrator Role**:

- The Telesales Administrator will work closely with Frylite’s Telesales, wider Commercial Team, and Distribution Team to provide excellent customer support and service always.
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business and sales leads and support Frylite’s wider Commercial team to answer and respond to inbound calls to provide high levels of Customer Service and support and promoting the Frylite Name always.
- Gather, maintain, and update information onto the Customer Database.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 6 months-1 year experience working in a customer service focused role, specifically telesales experience would be preferred.
- Previous experience of direct contact with customers and selling over the phone.
- Experience in an administration role within an environment focused on sales growth and achievement of targets.
- Ability to successfully negotiate with customers by building a strong relationship.
- Possess excellent telephone mannerism.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Ability to be self-motivated and driven to meet set targets.
- Ability to demonstrate how you have lived Frylite’s Values in a previous role: Relationships, Respect, Work Ethic, Success, and Excellence.

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous experience within the food service / hospitality sector
- Previous experience using customer database software

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
