Frylite Solutions Limited are seeking to recruit a **Data Entry Administrator** to their **Commercial Team** based in **Strabane, County Tyrone.** This position will be on a full time and permanent basis.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm and Fridays 9.00am - 4.00pm.

Start and finish times can vary slightly if a degree of flexibility is required.

**About The Role**:
As the Data Entry Administrator for Frylite Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Team with data entry requirements, primarily associated with maintaining and updating all pricing on the company systems and databases. Communicating and reporting to the wider sales teams and occasional customer interaction will also be an important part of this role. As the successful applicant, you will need to be analytically minded, with a strong attention to detail and have the ability to identify outliers or discrepancies within data.

This role will be based in the Orchard Road Industrial Estate, Strabane, County Tyrone. Hybrid working options would be available following the completion of an initial training period, if desired.

**Main Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update all pricing on the company systems and databases in conjunction with other departments.
- Communicate price changes effectively to Frylite Solutions customer base.
- Regular reporting to sales team and customers on activity and spend.
- Analysis and regular reporting to Commercial Manager on sales trends.
- Working closely with Sales Team on Key Account Management.
- Production of regular discrepancy reports, identifying outliers and improving quality of information.
- Occasional customer service.
- Continuous Improvement of Business Processes and Procedures.
- Carrying out your role while living Frylite Solutions values of respect, relationships, work ethic, success, and excellence.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to demonstrate how you have demonstrated Frylite Solutions Values in a previous role
- Ability to demonstrate how you have met KPIs and strict deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organised
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus on quality and standards

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Previous Experience using Power BI
- Strong commercial awareness
- Administration / IT qualification
