**Main Duties**
- Leadership of the Soho House Retail wholesale P&L across three brands: Cowshed, Soho Home and Soho Skin. Delivering sales budget and managing overheads to deliver EBITDA growth.
- Strategic approach to maintain, grow and identify new appropriate retail partners, delivering profitable growth and raising brand awareness in multiple territories
- Constantly identify and deliver new commercial opportunities with key accounts and implement partnership activations to strengthen growth.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless wholesale critical path. From NPD, planning, marketing, finance and logistics
- Host and present new season collections in showroom setting, working alongside NPD, Production & Merchandising to maximise sales.
- Management of a wholesale team of 5, coach junior team members in delivering best practice customer service, commercial decision making and problem resolution
- Track and monitor account performance across retail brands, ensuring action plans are implemented on underperforming accounts.
- Manage marketing initiatives with wholesale partners to drive all brands during key trading periods in line with annual marketing budget.

**Requirements / Qualifications...**
- 5 Years' experience in a similar role
- Beauty / Homeware experience advantageous
- Track record of driving sales growth and cost control
- P&L accountability and numerical skills
- Proven ability to problem solve with a can do attitude
- Experience managing luxury wholesale accounts globally
- Excellent understanding of best in class wholesale process
- Inspirational leader with a positive and dynamic attitude
- Result orientated with an ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Effective communicator at all levels (verbal & written)
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varying stakeholder requirements
