This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic partner and trusted coach to our leaders, while driving initiatives that make a real difference for our employees and the business.
- You’ll be the go-to person for navigating complex people matters, enabling our broader People team and helping us scale. You’ll bring structure where needed, creativity where welcomed, and always a strong sense of ownership to the table.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Be a true partner, enabler, and coach to leadership, ensuring our leaders are empowered to build high-performing, thriving teams
- Collaborate closely with people leaders on topics like leadership development, organisational design, business strategy, performance, and navigating the trickier conversations with care
- Fuel our feedback and performance culture by iterating and embedding our Performance Cycle, moving from one to two meaningful touchpoints annually
- Support senior leadership in scaling a diverse, high-performing organization where every team member can thrive
- Own and handle employee relations matters with empathy, clarity, and effectiveness
- Support building our career and competency frameworks to ensure clarity, progression, and motivation for every Enfucer.
- Champion the Enfuce Culture and help foster an environment where our people feel safe, seen, and celebrated to continuously drive strong engagement and performance.
- Provide input and perspective on employment relations, policies, and processes that support our growing organisation.
- Lead and deliver strategic People projects that align with our broader People and Company goals.

**What You'll Bring**:

- 10+ years’ experience as a Senior People Partner, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Broad People generalist skillset, coupled with the ability to deep dive into complex projects.
- You’re an active AI user (yes, really), curious and already exploring AI agents to drive People efficiencies.
- A natural connector and change enthusiast with a strong growth mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Deep knowledge of Talent Management and best practices in succession planning.
- High energy and confidence, you are comfortable taking the stage and inspiring others.
- Creative thinker who brings innovation to topics like Performance.
- Management and Manager Development, and fresh ideas and knows how to make employer branding and internal comms sparkle.
- You know how to build and drive a strong company culture, you identify trends, patterns and gaps, share feedback and take initiative to address these.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, your actions and process are based on research and backed by data.
- Pragmatic, commercially minded People expertise. You keep things simple, smart, and impactful.
- Self-starter mentality; you are autonomous and intrinsically motivated to take ownership of your team and projects
