More about your role

The People Partner for Developments is a regional position operating as a trusted partner to senior managers on all people matters. You will have a broad remit with a focus on continuous improvement and change as the business works through an ambitious growth strategy.

You will partner with Regional Management teams to introduce the skills and knowledge to embed excellent people practices across their teams in collaboration with HR colleagues across the Group.

The essential criteria for this role is listed below.
- Experience in performing a HRBP role
- Excellent Stakeholder management
- The ability to manage your own diary and ensure your time is managed effectively

The role is primarily based at home however you will be required to travel nationwide and more frequently in the South region.

More about you

You will be an experienced and qualified HR Business Partner who has previously operated in a complex fast paced environment; you will have experience of change management and understand how a good people strategy impacts commercial performance. You'll have experience of managing multiple HR projects and working collaboratively with senior operational managers to ensure organisational success.

You will be a skilled communicator that can influence and persuade when needed and you'll be passionate about People and the importance of having an engaged and motivated workforce.
