Partner Financial are working with a best in class, fast-moving consumer business based in West London with a strong international market presence and a turnover in the billions. The business has developed a global footprint in the market due to their customerfocus and strong product offering.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for representing finance to the wider business, you will be entrusted with providing relevant insights and influencing key stakeholders, ensuring the business achieves its financial related targets,through tracking and management of the divisional financial plan.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Using insights to advise on decision making to reduce costs, increase profit and revenue; balancing financial performance with customer value proposition
- Delivering the division’s financial plan and forecasts, including the reporting of cost saving initiatives and strategy
- Working with the different regional leaders to ensure alignment and understanding of budgets and business cases
- Assisting in the delivery of new systems and processes to add value to the business and drive efficiencies
- Supporting the process for recharging costs to the operating companies, ensuring adherence to transfer pricing requirements
- Developing a broad understanding of financial aspects of the business
- Business partnering Finance Directors across the business to support the future direction of the Function, pointing commercial risks and potential mitigations
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience working within or with international blue-chip business will be advantageous
- Analytical, with the ability to analyse, interpret and present financial and business data
- Highly inquisitive and organised with the ability to work on multiple pieces of work, with multiple deadlines
- The desire to work in a business that pride themselves on creating a first-class finance function
- Strong communicating and stakeholder management skills, capable of liaising with finance and non-finance specialists
