Partner Financial are working with an international technology business that has a growing reputation for delivering best-in-class service across marketing, event planning, event promotion, and advertising planning. The business also takes great pride inbeing able to bring forth a comprehensive range of client-centric integrated communication and digital services and being active in the production and marketing of sports and entertainment content on a global scale. They are now looking to appoint a FinanceBusiness Partner to ensure the groups strategic and operational goals are achieved.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identifying the drivers of cost and providing insight into the link between financial and operational metrics.
- Partnering with a multitude of senior stakeholders to provide the insight required that will influence transformation and change initiatives.
- Supporting the process for recharging costs to the operating companies, ensuring adherence to transfer pricing requirements.
- Managing commercial contracts, including negotiation of new spend and compliance.
- Forecasting and budgeting for department spend and commercial management of contracts.
- Analysing and improving the recharge process and ensuring subsequent charges are allocated correctly.
- Being a key contributor to the continuous improvement agenda through the provision of analysis and metrics.
- A Qualified Accountant, with extensive experience working in complex, matrix organisations
- Experience business partnering with cost functions and driving transformational change
- Strong cost control experience
- Experience within Technology or cost centre reporting would be advantageous
- Experience analysing business cases and investment opportunities
- A natural ability to manage a multitude of senior stakeholders
