**About the opportunity**

As a service leader you will lead a team of waiters and waitresses and role model excellence in the restaurants; maximising sales and productivity whilst coordinating and coaching the team on a daily basis.

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative and goal orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed
- Previous restaurant experience in leading a team
- Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast paced, team orientated environment
