Temporary Administrator

Our wonderful client, based in South Oxfordshire are looking for a **Temporary Administrator.**You will be part of a small, social and busy team assisting with a variety of clerical tasks. Attention to detail, a passion for teamworking and being a presence on site, will be critical
**This is also a full-time role based on site in Abingdon, so you must be immediately available to work in the office, 37.5 hours per week.**
**Temporary Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Create and run reports using Excel
- Raise purchase orders in a timely manner
- Take receipt of products and allocate stock to orders efficiently
- Maintain product files on the ERP system
- Action customer stock returns, in a timely manner
- Regular liaison with suppliers, the distribution centre and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service to key departments
**Temporary Administrator Experience Essentials**
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience of using Sage would be beneficial
- Previous experience working in a supply chain environment would be an advantage
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Experience of a customer focused environment and able to manage customer expectations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible and adaptable around handling workloads
