Temporary Survey Administrator

Are you looking for an interactive temporary role taking charge of your own project?
We have registered a fantastic opportunity with a local life-changing pharmaceutical company who bring about positive change
The objective of your role will be to gather information relating to the existing office space and how it is being used. You will collect and represent data from the people who use the office by asking set questions and accumulating the results effectively.
**Temporary Survey Administrator Responsibilities**
Your duties will include:
**Data collection**
**Face to face interviews with people in the office**
**Recording answers to pre-defined questions**
**Reviewing daily meeting room schedules to understand why a room has been booked & how many people are using it (virtual attendees vs in person)**
**Collation of the data into a useable format**
**Preparation of a report of the collated data**

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A calm and professional manner
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- The ability to use own initiative and be curious
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good Knowledge of the latest Microsoft software, specifically PowerPoint & Excel
**The Location**
Our client is located in Abingdon (OX14). There is parking on site and public transport services.
This is a mostly office based but opportunity to work from home occasionally depending on business requirements
