Are you a highly organized EA looking for a new challenge in a local charity?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to join this wonderful charity based in Oxfordshire on a part-time, temporary basis. You will provide high quality executive support and deliver work on behalf of the Chief Executive across the charity business always ensuring that duties are carried out in a professional and timely manner. Working with the Head of HR to provide HR administration for the organisation.

**Temporary Executive Assistant Responsibilities**
- Day to day support for the Chief Executive - including but not limited to diary management, preparing meeting agendas, performing research tasks for meetings, and taking minutes during meetings and chasing actions and collating reports.
- Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive
- Providing digital support, including setting up of presentations, dash boards, reports, etc.
- Work closely with Head of Communications, ensuring quality external and internal communications - content for social media etc
- Acting on behalf of the Chief Executive as directed and working using initiative to progress areas of work where appropriate
- Provide administrative support for senior staff
- Maintain office correspondence, including filing and receiving post, crafting routine electronic correspondence, data management and maintaining social media presence
- Manage the HR administration for the organisation by producing, issuing and tracking all employment related documentation. Including updating the HR database
- Co-ordination of recruitment campaigns, across the full onboarding cycle
- Developing the induction programme and facilitating inductions of all staff
- Developing and managing ad hoc projects
- Carry out from time to time and as directed, any other duties as required by the Chief Executive in addition to the above that will be both reasonable and within your capabilities.

**Temporary Executive Assistant Requirements**
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Experience of working with committees, producing minutes and preparing papers
- MS Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Minutes and note taking (writing into notes with actions identified)
- First class organisation, administration and problem-solving skills
- Able to build positive relationships quickly and work effectively with people
- Approachable, friendly and a good communicator who is always polite and courteous
- Discreet and able to work on confidential projects and with confidential information/data
- Calm temperament
- Well organised, accurate and has an eye for detail
- Able to work to set objectives and targets and develop work plans
