Temporary HR Administrator

We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to provide excellent HR advice to support the organisational development of the company’s next phase of growth, whilst they source a permanent member of staff, however the client will consider a permanent positionupon successful completion of the temporary assignment.
The client is looking for someone to start immediately, and who can work closely, collaboratively and confidently with BambooHR to assist the HRD, the business and all areas to achieve the purpose, whilst upholding the culture and shared values.
**Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities**
As the Temporary HR Administratorsome of your duties will include:
- Running and monitoring the HR engine (BambooHR)
- Using systems and processes
- Carrying out on-boarding and inductions
- Ensuring all appropriate documentation is complete, returned and filed correctly
- Other support as necessary
**Temporary HR Administrator Experience**
- Prior professional experience in an HR team, using BambooHR
- Able to work analytically with an evidence-based and pragmatic approach: advising/coaching depending on the situation
- Proactive and able to prioritise to meet the needs of the organisation
- Understanding and experience of UK employment law in action
- Growth mindset, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, values driven HR
A full set of handover notes will be provided, but you must be able to hit the ground running.
