**The Role**:
We’re looking for an Incident Planning & Business Continuity Manager to strengthen our emergency preparedness and organisational resilience. You’ll lead planning, risk assessments, exercises, and training, while coordinating with regulators and emergency services.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and test emergency and continuity plans
- Lead risk assessments and recovery strategies
- Coordinate with regulators, emergency services, and local resilience forums
- Deliver training and exercises in incident response
- Act as point of contact during incidents and lead post-incident reviews
- Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor emerging risks

**About You**:

- Experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, or resilience disciplines
- Knowledge of COMAH and other relevant legislation
- Comfortable guiding teams, sharing ideas clearly, and analysing complex information
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure
- Experience delivering training and presentations
- Full driving licence

**Salary**

Basic salary of £48,000 - £52,000 + benefits
