Role Description

We're seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive our company's growth by sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong partnerships with companies looking for a trusted finance provider. You'll be responsible for identifying potential introducers, developing long-lasting relationships, and actively generating new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for engaging with a diverse range of business owners and identifying finance opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and conduct independent research to identify new partners (first 3 months focus).
  • Add and manage CRM records daily to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update partner relationships regularly.
  • Manage your own diary and follow-up schedule effectively.
  • Be punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years' experience in a Business Development or Telesales role.
  • Proven track record in outbound calling and generating new business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to use own vehicle for meetings (mileage and lunch covered).
