**HEMEL HEMPSTEAD/ LONDON - HYBRID**

**£60,000 - 70,000**

**THE COMPANY**:
I am exclusively working with an award-winning, UK-based holidaymaker with plans to expand its Business Intelligence team. They own various hotels, adventure getaways, activity centres, and holiday packages. They've had significant investment into theirbrand from world-renowned investment firms and are looking for a BI Team Lead that will transform the way they use data to drive decision-making across the business.

**THE ROLE**:
As the company looks to further its data-driven strategy, they are looking for an ambitious Business Intelligence Lead that will create dynamic Tableau dashboards and promote data literacy across the business. The company focuses heavily on providing activetraining and supporting your career progression. The role will allow you to become an invaluable contributor, engage heavily with stakeholders and eventually, support and lead junior members of the team.

You will:

- Gather requirements from senior stakeholders across the commercial departments - marketing, sales, finance, etc
- Gather and maintain data hosted in the AWS platform
- Lead the adoption and utilisation of Tableau by acting as a technical SME
- Develop bespoke Tableau dashboards to report on key metrics and KPIs
- Use Tableau to present actionable insight and provide commercial recommendations
- Mentor and support junior Analysts

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To qualify for the Business Intelligence Lead role, you will require:

- Strong SQL
- Tableau (Power BI is accepted)
- Stakeholder and project management experience
- Mentoring experience (ideal)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (ideal)
- Experience in the travel industry or a customer-focused industry (ideal)
- The desire to work collaboratively in a growing team
