This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a proactive individual looking to grow their career within a fast-paced and ambitious business.Role DescriptionWe’re seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive our company’s growth by sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong partnerships with companies looking for a trusted finance provider. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential introducers, developing long-lasting relationships, and actively generating new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for engaging with a diverse range of business owners and identifying finance opportunities.Main Responsibilities Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and conduct independent research to identify new partners (first 3 months focus).Add and manage CRM records daily to ensure data accuracy.Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.Maintain and update partner relationships regularly.Manage your own diary and follow-up schedule effectively.Be punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.Qualifications1–2+ years’ experience in a Business Development or Telesales role.Proven track record in outbound calling and generating new business.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused with a positive attitude.Team player with the ability to work independently when required.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Full UK driving license and willingness to use own vehicle for meetings (mileage and lunch covered).What We Offer· Base Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 · Attractive commission structure (OTE up to £100K+ by Year 3).· Generous pension scheme.· Mileage and lunch expenses covered when attending meetings.· Exciting incentive schemes and performance rewards.· Career progression opportunities in a rapidly growing business
