You will be proactive in developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and increasing our presence in the market, particularly for value-added and decorative panel products.Experience in selling decorative panel products would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We offer full product training and ongoing career development, including potential opportunities to visit our suppliers.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively sell panel products to existing and new customers.Grow our presence in the market for value-added and decorative panel products.Liaise with suppliers to support customer requirements and product availability.Conduct price negotiations with clients to achieve profitable outcomes.Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.Use CRM and other digital tools to manage enquiries, quotations and customer records.Report on sales performance and pipeline through the company's reporting structure.Work closely with colleagues across the branch and wider business to ensure excellent customer service.Continuously look for new business opportunities and improved ways to serve our customers.Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing sales role.Highly motivated, enthusiastic and target-driven.Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.Able to manage and prioritise your own workload while working effectively as part of a team.Willing to learn about our products and markets and to develop your technical knowledge over time.Based close to Hemel Hempstead office to commute in daily.ACS are recruiting for a Internal Sales Executive.
