THE ROLE

We're seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive our company's growth by sourcing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong partnerships with companies looking for a trusted finance provider.

You'll be responsible for identifying potential introducers, developing long-lasting relationships, and actively generating new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for engaging with a diverse range of business owners and identifying finance opportunities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day and conduct independent research to identify new partners (first 3 months focus).

· Add and manage CRM records daily to ensure data accuracy.

· Handle incoming calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain and update partner relationships regularly.

· Manage your own diary and follow-up schedule effectively.

· Be punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· 1–2+ years' experience in a Business Development or Telesales role.

· Proven track record in outbound calling and generating new business.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused with a positive attitude.

· Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Full UK driving license and willingness to use own vehicle for meetings (mileage and lunch covered).
