Mademoiselle Desserts are a leading manufacturer and supplier of frozen cakes and desserts, supplying cafes, restaurants and coffee shops around the UK.
To support the site by accurately and effectively carry out all raw material ordering and shipping tasks. To carry out any tasks / projects as required by the Procurement & Logistics Manager.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the purchasing process including the buying, selling and distributions aspects of the company using an MRP system
- Update Key Information as required
- Communicate with the bakery and sales team to enable better site performance
- Analyse existing purchasing processes for performance with the Procurement & Logistics Manager
- Manage and maintain stock control and supply chain process.
- Communicate with our suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain prices with our ERP system for MD UK.
**Formal Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge**
- IT Literate and willingness to Learn
- People, numbers and food focused
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £15,625.00 per year
