**JOB TITLE**: Administrator - Immediate Start (Temporary to Permanent)

**LOCATION**: Outskirts of Taunton (Due to the location you will need to be a driver)

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, 8:00am till 4:30pm

**SALARY**:£22,000 - £25,000 PA (DOE)

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Answering calls and taking messages
- Raising purchase orders
- Matching purchase orders, good receipt notes and supplier invoices
- Filing - maintenance of contract folders and procurement folders
- Co-ordination of documents and document control
- Liaising with site staff and acting as conduit between office management, obtaining info and data
- Preparation of reports
- Processing mail
- Sending out relevant marketing information
- Updating website content

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong administration background
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- IT Literate and knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Well-organised and process driven
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently
