**LOCATION**: Outskirts of Taunton

**HOURLY RATE**:£9.50 - £10.50 P/H (DOE)

**HOURS**: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours)

We are currently recruiting for a proactive and passionate Administrator to join a growing and well known family run business based on the outskirt of Taunton, Somerset offering modern offices situated in a picturesque location. This is a temporary role,starting immediately for a minimum of 2 - 3 months. Due to the location of the role, you must have a driving license and full access to a vehicle. This role would be suitable for anyone living in Taunton, Wellington, Tiverton, or surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of Administration, Receptionist, and basic HR duties, please note HR experience is not required for this role however you must have strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a constant and varied workload.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering calls and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Diary management
- Updating records on the in-house system and spreadsheets
- Filing, scanning, and archiving
- Attending department meetings
- Covering other administration duties
