**LOCATION**:Taunton

**HOURLY RATE**:up to £12.00 P/H

**HOURS**:Monday to Friday - core hours are 8am - 5:30pm (rota to be confirmed by line manager)

We are recruiting for a well organised and process driven Accounts Administrator to join a well-established and growing business on a temporary on-going basis, starting immediately for a minimum of 12 weeks. The majority of the Accounts and Finance departmentwork remotely however this role is being offered as hybrid as occasionally you may be required to go into the office based in the Taunton town centre.

This is a varied role dealing with both Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger posting and administration for the Accounts department.

Key duties will include:

- Answering calls and assisting with queries
- Processing invoices
- Setting up supplier accounts on supplier
- Input invoices onto the system
- Inputting expense claims onto Sage and ensure payments are ready for processing
- Assist with chasing overdue sales invoices to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment
- General accounts filing
