As we go through a period of sustained growth, the business requires a new team member to join the company's industry-leading sales team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-person to help us proactively promote our services, products and to drum up interest in events that the company are involved in.

As a company, we pride ourselves on having the best customer service in the business and this permanent position (37.5 hours per week) is well suited to either an experienced administrator or customer service advisor, or someone that is just starting on their career path - this role requires only the right character, personality, and attitude.

**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Role is to take orders for Foilco Ltd products from their UK-based customers.

This is achieved through direct contact with new & existing customers and working with the Foilco External Sales Representatives to help build the relationship with these customers.

Developing and improving processes and policies to enhance the service and USP of the business focusing on communication and efficient exchange of data and information to help deliver all products on time and in full.

**OVERVIEW**:

- Processing sales orders and sample requests;
- Internally organising outgoing despatches to ensure the customers receive goods on time;
- Raising pro forma invoices;
- Working with a company pricing strategy to prepare quotations for customers;
- Arranging agreed returns;
- Dealing with customers’ feedback;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers;
- Work closely with Accounts, Production and Marketing departments to ensure on-time shipments and excellent customer service;
- Supporting sales representatives;
**TYPE OF EXPERIENCE**:

- 2 Years minimum experience in a customer service role.
- Detailed understanding of CRM, Stock Control Software, MS Office.
